Our product is made by hand with fresh ingredients and 100% natural. We use no chemicals, colours, preservatives or artificial flavouring. We make artisan Italian gelato, the difference being that our gelato is significantly lower in fat than commercial ice cream and has not been enhanced in volume with air. Our sorbetto is free of dairy products and therefore contains no fat, ideal for customers with a dairy intolerance.
