XTC Gelato is an Italian artisan ice cream which is hand made in small batches
- We never add any
chemicals, artificial preservatives or colourings
- Our gelato has
significantly less fat than most commercial brands of ice
cream and we never add air to enhance its volume
- We use only the freshest 100% natural ingredients which we source from all over the world
- Valrhona chocolate from France
- Pistachios grown in the volcanic soil at the base of Mt Etna in Italy
- Kalamansi, the small Asian citrus fruit, from orchards in the Philippines
- Vanilla beans from the Tropics, picked when ripe then cured and sent direct to us
