The ice creams and gelati at this briliant newcomer to the Hong Kong scene are well worth seeking out. While there are some intriguing flavours using Asian ingedients such as black sesame, or ginger with cinnamon or mango, the deeply coloured Valrhona chocolate ice cream is as good as anything you will find in Italy.
